Well, you’ve probably been wondering about where I’ve been.  Yes, I kind of have fallen off the face of the earth!  I gave birth to my fraternal twin girls on January 26, 2007, via C-section. I was in the middle of recovering from that surgery and getting used to taking care of twins and a toddler, when I ended up in the Emergency Room for severe pain in my chest, upper back, and rib cage.  I was admitted back into the hospital on Valentine’s Day for gall stones, and had my gall bladder removed on February 15!!!  I just got back home from the hospital yesterday . . . and I’m on a lot of pain medication . . . but I AM back and I am back to taking care of my kids, even if it is from the couch.

Thankfully, I have had the help and support of my family members to get me through this very difficult time.  It was just awful to leave Devyn and my twins for 3 days while I was back in the hospital, but we’re all reunited now.
